Earth and Sun

I like to be greeted by the sun as soon as it rises. So do the seagulls, by the way. They swirl around up there.  I'm sure they have their ceremonies, too. Heard that practicing "earthing" was good for lots and lots of reasons and it makes sense.  I walk and stand barefoot on the sand. I know. It's winter.

Am I really 21.5% fat?

with which I bought these cheap scale that also does body fat

contrast to the thingy they have at the rec center
 and the one they had at the company screening that says I'm like 20

and I've seen those movies
